Recently, following an open self-application process, district-level review and recommendation, expert evaluation, and public announcement, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau jointly released the list of 2025 Shanghai Science & Technology Little Giant Enterprises (including cultivation candidates). A total of 45 companies were officially recognized for 2025.
